The GSBS-6545 D uses three independent X-ray generators scanning from horizontal, vertical and lateral angles simultaneously — creating a near-3D imaging capability that eliminates blind spots common in conventional scanners.

Around 0.1–1 microsievert (μSv) per scan — negligible compared to a chest X-ray (100 μSv) or natural background radiation (2,400 μSv/year). The X-ray beam is fully enclosed within a lead-lined tunnel; operators and bystanders receive no measurable radiation dose during normal operation.
Automatic interlocks cut the X-ray beam if curtains are displaced, a fault is detected, or any safety condition is unmet. High-voltage components are fully enclosed; access panels are tool-locked and interlock-protected. Only certified technicians may service internal components.
All models carry CE, FCC and FDA certifications. In India, AERB approval is mandatory under the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 — covering type approval, import licence, site installation, and periodic renewal. End-users must also hold an AERB operating licence.
