The GV TU integrates UV and white light in a single probe — switching instantly with one key press. UV fluorescence mode illuminates fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) dye, revealing surface cracks, porosity, and defects in castings, welds, and precision components that are invisible under white light alone.
The GV QT 360 is a fully customisable inspection platform — probe diameter, tube length, interfaces, and feature specifications can all be configured to meet the exact requirements of the deployment environment. Designed for OEM integration and bespoke inspection system deployment where standard configurations are insufficient.
The GV TU features a two-stage temperature protection system — a warning alarm at 65°C and automatic shutdown at 80°C — protecting the probe during inspection of components with residual thermal exposure. The GV QT 360 also includes an intelligent temperature alarm configurable to the operating environment.
The GV QT 360 generates automatic inspection reports via smartphone connectivity — integrating directly into quality assurance and OEM documentation workflows. The GV TU supports HDMI output for connection to data capture platforms, reporting software, and inspection management systems.
The GV TU integrates UV and white dual-light sources with one-key instant toggle — enabling fluorescent penetrant inspection and standard visual inspection in a single probe without reconfiguration.
