Fire Tubing Detection System

Automatic Fire Suppression for Vehicles, Electrical Panels, Server Racks & High-Risk Enclosures

Product Overview

The Go-Suppress Fire Tubing Detection System is an advanced automatic fire suppression solution engineered to detect and extinguish fires at their point of origin — before they spread. Powered by heat-sensitive polymer detection tubing, the system requires no external power supply, no manual activation, and no complex electronics to operate. When exposed to high temperatures, the tubing burst at the hottest point, instantly releasing a clean fire suppression agent directly onto the fire source. This localised, direct-release mechanism makes Go-Suppress ideal for vehicles, electrical panels, server racks, control cabinets, engine compartments, and other enclosed high-risk areas where traditional fire detection systems are too slow or too damaging.
Designed and distributed by Global Hi-Technologies Pte. Ltd. across the EMEA and APAC regions, Go-Suppress combines proven fire detection technology with a simple, cost-effective, and low-maintenance design.

Key Features & Benefits
Instant, Localised Fire Suppression

Unlike conventional sprinkler or gaseous suppression systems that flood an entire zone, Go-Suppress releases its agent directly at the point of ignition. This localised response minimises collateral damage to surrounding equipment and assets — extinguishing fires before they spread.

No Power Supply Required & Continuous Linear Detection

Go-Suppress operates entirely on thermal and pneumatic principles — activating automatically without any external electrical power, control panel, or manual trigger. The heat-sensitive tube acts as a continuous linear detector along its entire installed length, eliminating blind spots and coverage gaps.

  • Fully autonomous — always on, always monitoring, always ready
  • Direct release at the point of ignition — not zone-wide flooding
  • Continuous linear heat detection along full tube length
  • Clean Agent option — zero residue, safe for sensitive electronics
  • Standalone or integrated with existing fire alarm panels
  • Tubing customisable from 1 m to 20 m

Go-Suppress is flexible, scalable, and cost-effective — providing reliable autonomous fire protection for vehicles, electrical infrastructure, server hardware, and industrial enclosures with minimal installation complexity and no ongoing power requirement.

Easy Installation & Low Maintenance

Flexible polymer tubing installs easily in new or existing enclosures. With no regular testing cycles, no mechanical components to service, and no power requirements, Go-Suppress is one of the lowest-maintenance suppression options available.

Standalone or Integrated

Operate as a standalone system or integrate with existing security infrastructure, including alarm panels, buzzers, and external monitoring systems, tailored to your site requirements.

Indoor & Vehicle Rated

Built to perform where others can’t. From the extreme heat of an engine compartment to the controlled environment of a data center, our solutions are rated for -20°C to 80°C. Whether integrated into fleet vehicles or industrial electrical panels, this unit ensures high-performance stability in both mobile and fixed applications.

How the Go-Suppress System Works
1
Detection
Heat-sensitive polymer tubing is routed through the protected enclosure, monitoring temperature continuously along its full length.
2
Activation
When temperature reaches the activation threshold (100°C–170°C, customisable), the tube bursts at the hottest point — precisely where the fire is most intense.
3
Suppression
The pressurised suppression agent — Clean Agent or ABC Dry Chemical — is released instantly and directly onto the fire source, extinguishing it at the origin point.
4
Containment
Fire is suppressed before it spreads. No residual heat source, no ongoing combustion, and no secondary damage from water or foam.
No power supply is required. The system is fully autonomous — always on, always monitoring, and always ready to respond.
Ideal Applications
Vehicles & Engine Compartments

Widely deployed in passenger vehicles, fleet trucks, buses, and specialist vehicles to protect engine compartments from fire caused by fuel leaks, overheating components, or electrical faults. Activates automatically before fire reaches the fuel tank or passenger cabin.

Electrical Panels & Distribution Boards

Tubing routed inside live panels provides round-the-clock protection without disrupting electrical operation. The clean agent option ensures no conductive residue is left on live components.

Server Racks & Data Centres

Provides localised fire suppression inside server racks and data centre cabinets, protecting hardware from both fire damage and the collateral damage caused by water-based suppression systems.

Control Cabinets & Industrial Enclosures

Autonomous fire protection for SCADA panels, PLC cabinets, and automated machinery enclosures in enclosed, hard-to-access spaces where conventional detection is slow to respond.

CNC Machines & Manufacturing Equipment

Tubing routed through machine enclosures and cutting zones provides suppression precisely at the origin point of fire risk from cutting fluids, hydraulic oils, and electrical components.

Marine & Offshore Applications

Standalone, power-free operation makes Go-Suppress ideal for engine rooms, generator compartments, and fuel storage areas on vessels and offshore platforms where electrical supply cannot be guaranteed.

Why Choose Global Hi-Technologies

Why Choose Us

Fast & Localised Suppression

Fire is extinguished at its source before it spreads — minimising asset loss, equipment damage, and operational downtime.

No Power Required

Fully autonomous thermal and pneumatic operation — works even during power outages or total electrical failures when protection matters most.

Zero Residue (Clean Agent)

Safe for sensitive electronics — no post-discharge clean-up required, no equipment damage from the suppressant, minimal downtime after a suppression event.

Cost-Effective Protection

Lower installation and operational cost than traditional suppression systems. Easy to install in existing enclosures without major infrastructure modification.

Always Active

24/7 continuous monitoring with no standby power consumption or routine test cycles required — always on, always monitoring, always ready to respond.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of fires can Go-Suppress extinguish?
Go-Suppress is effective against Class A (ordinary combustibles), Class B (flammable liquids/Gases) and Class C (electrical) fires. The Clean Agent configuration is particularly suited to electrical and electronic equipment fires, while the ABC Dry Chemical option provides broader multi-class coverage.
Does the Go-Suppress system require a power supply to operate?
No. The system is entirely self-contained and requires no external power supply to activate. It operates purely on thermal and pneumatic principles — making it fail-safe and always active regardless of mains power availability.
How is the tubing installed in existing equipment?
The flexible polymer tubing is routed through the interior of the enclosure or vehicle compartment being protected, then connected to a pressurised suppression cylinder. Installation can typically be completed in a matter of hours by a qualified technician without major modification to the protected equipment.
Can the system be integrated with an existing fire alarm panel?
Yes. While Go-Suppress operates as a fully standalone system without integration, optional signal output allows connection to alarm panels, buzzers, power isolation relays, and external monitoring systems. This is configured at installation based on site requirements.
What happens after the system activates?
Following a suppression event, the activated tube section and suppressant cylinder must be replaced. If the Clean Agent option is used, no clean-up of the protected enclosure is required. For dry chemical configurations, residue clean-up will be necessary. Go-Suppress’s technical team provides post-activation support and rapid replacement of consumable components.
Is Go-Suppress suitable for occupied spaces?
The system is designed for enclosed, unoccupied, or hard-to-access spaces such as electrical panels, server cabinets, engine compartments, and machinery enclosures. For spaces that may be occupied, the Clean Agent option is the appropriate choice — the agent is not harmful at suppression concentrations. ABC Dry Chemical systems should not be used in normally occupied spaces.
What is the operating temperature range?
Go-Suppress operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, making it suitable for both climate-controlled indoor environments and exposed vehicle and industrial applications.
