Global Hi-Technologies Industrial Videoscope range provides controlled remote visual inspection for manufacturing, energy, petrochemical, and aerospace facilities. Each model is engineered for high-frequency inspection in confined spaces, combining joystick articulation, HD imaging technology, and modular probe design — ensuring accurate and repeatable inspection data across diverse bore sizes and operating environments. With four models available, the range covers narrow-bore portable inspection through to fully modular separable systems for multi-bore industrial applications.
All models feature joystick-controlled articulation providing up to 360° full-directional movement. The GV T51X and GV T35H deliver 4-way articulation with up to 190–220° bending angles, enabling precise navigation through tight bends, internal cavities, and confined inspection channels.
Resolutions range from 1280×720 HD on the GV T51X and GV 4mm to Full HD 1920×1080 on the GV T35H — with real-time zoom and defect measurement capabilities. Built-in displays from 3.5” IPS to 5.1” HD provide on-device image review, complemented by HDMI and Wi-Fi output for external display and data capture.
The GV T51X and GV T35H support independently replaceable pipelines across multiple probe diameters. The GV -Pmax takes this further with a fully separable host-and-pipeline architecture — supporting custom tube lengths, diameters, and both front-view and side-view lens configurations for maximum inspection versatility.
The GV T51X and GV T35H feature dual-battery systems delivering ≥8 hours of continuous operation. The GV 4mm is dust-proof and water-proof for field use, while the GV T51X includes an intelligent high-temperature alarm — ensuring safe and reliable operation across harsh industrial environments.
The range spans from Φ2.2mm (GV T51X) for ultra-narrow bore inspection through Φ4.0mm (GV 4mm), Φ3.8–6mm (GV T35H), to fully custom diameters on the GV -Pmax — covering the complete spectrum of industrial inspection bore requirements.
HDMI output is supported across the GV T51X, GV T35H, and GV -Pmax for external display and recording. Wi-Fi and wireless transmission are available on the GV 4mm and GV T35H — enabling compatibility with data capture platforms, reporting software, and quality management systems.
All models carry RoHS and CE certification. The GV T51X, GV T35H, and GV -Pmax additionally hold ISO certification. Every model in the range includes a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects, with extended warranty packages available on request.
