The Go-safe Under Vehicle Surveillance Scanning (UVSS) system is an Integrated Security Checkpoint Solution combining Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), Driver Face Recognition and Boom Barrier control. The system is designed for corporate offices, government facilities, military camps, hotels and transportation hubs — supporting security screening for cars, SUVs, buses, vans, trailers and all vehicle types.
The core UVSS unit uses a world-leading intelligent 170° camera to scan and inspect vehicle undercarriages in real time, detecting explosive devices, suspicious objects, contraband such as drugs and weapons. Once UVSS grants clearance, the vehicle passes through ANPR and Driver Face Recognition checkpoints, with final confirmation via Boom Barrier — providing four-point verified authorisation at every entry.
Available in two configurations: Embedded & Surface Mount UVSS (linear scan, high-load deployment) and Surface Mount / Flush Type UVSS (ultra-slim modular design for low-construction-cost installations).
Industry-leading 4096P sensor with image resolution ≥ 10,000 × 4,096 captures every detail of the vehicle undercarriage in a single pass. Linear scan delivers distortion-free images; area scan variant provides intelligent AI-based comparison analysis.
High-precision imaging at vehicle speeds up to 60 km/h ensures no vehicle passes unscanned, even in high-throughput environments. Imaging time is under 1 second per vehicle.
Deep Neural Networks (DNN) technology automatically identifies the vehicle model and uses a proprietary FOD algorithm to highlight any change or difference between a newly scanned vehicle undercarriage and the stored reference image — flagging anomalies instantly.
The embedded variant supports a load-bearing capacity of 60 tonnes — suitable for heavy goods vehicles, buses, and military transport. The flush-type surface mount variant offers super slim construction under 10 cm height with IP68 environmental protection.
The surface mount variant includes an integrated speed detector that captures vehicles moving up to 60 km/h, triggering image capture automatically. High-speed Gigabit Ethernet networking with IPv4 ensures rapid image transfer to the central security management server.
